Quasi--Optics are stuck	Quasi-Optics do not seem to move
If a [Rectemp] or [Connect] in PEGASUS fails because the quasi--optics are not moving, then try to move the mirrors and/or loads into the correct positions by using [Quasi]. Only if this also fails then you will have to do a software reboot described in section softreboot	Try the steps described in section softreboot first. Only if this fails you should try the steps in section Rebooting the Cabin Control VME
